The special shape of the Quom pipes means that the amount of water circulating through them is much lower than that in conventional round pipes. The heating is therefore much faster, more comfortable and at the same time guarantees savings in energy. Quom heaters provide a high heat radiation and can also be used for heating at low temperatures with the consequent advantages this provides.

Two or three column versions with respective heights of 1.80 and 2.00 metres provide an elegant and sophisticated furnishing solution.

The four and five column models are designed for niches, under the window and in restricted-height areas, to provide functional solutions with high thermal performance.

THE DURABILITY OF THE INVERTED-SHAPED PIPES
The steel used to make the QUOM pipes is of the highest quality to allow the compression and overstretching required to maintain the exclusive shape of the pipes. The QUOM pipe is more resistant to mechanical stress.

Lower Heating Costs

THE RADIATOR WITH THE HIGHEST PERFORMANCE

The conventional standardised steel pipe radiators consist of pipes with a diameter of 25 mm, as if that were the technological limit of all manufacturers. Quom pipes, however, exceed this limit and start at a diameter of 30 mm, and then the side panels are pressed-in by the subsequent working.

  • LOWER WATER CONTENT

    The special structure of the Quom pipe with a dia. of 30mm means that the water content is even lower than in a conventional pipe with a dia. of 25 mm.

  • LESS SPACE REQUIREMENT

    The width of the pipes is reduced to 22 mm, the distance between the elements remains at its conventional value of 45 mm. Elements with a spacing of 40mm can also be built on request to provide even greater savings in space.

  • HEATING SURFACES + 20%

    The Quom pipe has a 20% higher heating surface compared to all conventional pipes.

  • GREATER HEATING PERFORMANCE

    A larger heating surface means more power. Technical samples have shown that QUOM has up to 15% higher heat output compared to conventional heaters of the same dimensions.

  • ACCELERATION OF HEAT TRANSITION

    The characteristic shape of the pipe promotes the ascending movement of the warm air between the elements and thus results in high performance.

  • ENERGY-SAVING

    A lower water content, a higher heat exchange rate, less time to reach the operating condition of the system and a larger heating surface means higher power, resulting in energy savings.

The shapes of our pipes afford the Quom radiator an extremely light profile. The radiator can thus be used in high-quality creative, modern and elegant facilities.

  • Pipe front side from 22 mm (compared to conventional pipes from 25 mm)
  • Connections between elements from 28 mm (compared to 55 mm in conventional pipes)
  • Serial connections Ø ½“ (on request Ø3/4“)

The amount of water used means that couplings with a diameter of 1/2” are sufficient for valves and heaters.
