The pipes, which are profiled in exclusive shape, are welded using high frequency technology and undergo constant monitoring.

For assembling variants at least two and at most five modules are provided; special measurements are possible at a moment’s notice.

The elements are welded together so that they form assemblies in the required number and do not require connection fittings.

All heaters have been tested at a specified test pressure.

The powder-coating is applied with special equipment to evenly cover the entire surface; the result is a glossy, bright and homogeneous coating.

The heaters are standard products in white-gloss RAL 9016; on request, they can also be coated in a colour from the Quom colour chart.
